Marissa is Marina's sister and life long best friend. Marissa and Marina have always been partners in crime. When they were younger they would play survivor in the pool for hours, play with barbie dolls, or listen to Paramore together. There is no one Marina would want by her side other than her strong, loving, and amazing older sister.
Samantha Melillo

Samantha recently became Marina's new sister after marrying into the Melillo family. Marina and Samantha have so much in common! They both were apart of color guard, love to dance, and have a passion for singing. Marina is over the moon to have a new sister as smart, beautiful and kind as Samantha.
Dara McGuinness

Dara and Marina have been friends for almost 10 years! They met on the very first day of high school and have been best friends ever since. They even got locked out of school together once. Long story. You can catch them on the beach, watching The Mummy on repeat, quoting John Mulaney, and eating Mallomars.
Kim Dole

Kim and Marina have been friends since they met at Rutgers and were co-captains of the Color Guard. Kim is a fantastic singer and an extremely talented pet groomer. She is an amazing pet parent to Gracie, Coraline, Salem, and Persephone. Kim and Marina have been through so much together and are even planning their weddings at the same time!

Cara and Marina have been friends since Cara joined the Color Guard at Rutgers where Marina was the captain. Cara's mom asked Marina (and Kim) to look after Cara on the first day of band camp, and Marina continues that job till this day. Marina was so proud of Cara when she became the captain of the color guard herself! Cara's is kind, smart, and incredibly hard working.
Bailey Warder

Bailey and Marina lived together all four years of college, and met for the first time at Bed Bath and Beyond when they bought matching comforters. They were both part of the Marching Scarlet Knights Marching Band at Rutgers. They bonded over their love of Dave Grohl and never looked back. Some might say Bailey is the Blue to Marina's Magenta.
Alexia Ciarfella

Alexia and Marina became inseparable (along with Bailey) during their college years at Rutgers. They were both apart of the Alpha Zeta Fraternity, danced together in the Rutgers Performing Dance Company, and were roommates for three years! Some might say Alexia is the Periwinkle to Marina's Magenta (and Bailey's Blue).

Katie and Marina have been friends since high school. Marina made an unforgettable introduction and Katie has been hooked ever since! Katie has an infectious smile and is always the life of the party! She never fails to make you laugh and put a smile on your face. These two are so in-sync that they are both planning their weddings at the same time!
Erin Edwards

Erin wears many hats. Scientist, runner, farmer's wife, and most importantly Dan's amazing older sister! She is smart, kind, and determined. She can do absolutely anything she sets her mind to. Erin was such a welcoming presence to Marina when she started joining in the Hannen shenanigans.
Katie Wieboldt

Katie is another one of Dan's fabulous sisters. She is witty, kind and in our humble opinion, the best dressed person you'll ever meet! She is the mom of one of the cutest flower girls, Loretta! Katie always has a smile and a kind word, but can simultaneously make you double over with laughter.
Michelle Hannen

To round out the Hannen sister trifecta is Michelle, Dan's sister-in-law. Michelle is a fellow Italian like Marina (her pepperoni bread is to die for!). Michelle is not only a fantastic mom to Thomas and Molly, but a savvy business woman that owns her own grooming and pet store.

Marina has known her cousin Alexa since the day she was born! Marina loves the woman Alexa is becoming. She is smart, talented, funny, and kind. Marina can't wait to have Alexa by her side on her wedding day, and can't wait to see Alexa on her own wedding day.

Samantha is also Marina's cousin. She is a true spit fire and is absolutely hilarious. She has always been such a beautiful person inside and out. Marina can remember the day Sophomore year when her mother had called to say Samantha was born! The world has been a brighter day ever since.
Thomas Hannen III
Best Man
Tom is Dan's older brother and Best Man, and he fulfills that role in many ways. Dan has always had a special bond with Tom, and they share many things in common with each other. They were both pole vaulters in high school (with Tom coaching Dan when he joined the team), they are both Eagle Scouts, and they both went to Rutgers. If there's one thing Tom has taught him, it's that theres nothing you can't fix with the right tools and a few beers!
Dave Melillo

Dave is an amazing musician, song writer, athlete, and coach, but most of all he is Marina's older brother! Dave, or DJ as he is lovingly known, is the life of the party and will always have your back. Marina and DJ have always had a special bond, but it grew exponentially when he would drive her to high school every morning. They would listen to music, podcasts, and have so much fun together. Marina and Dan both love DJ and can't wait to have him by their side on the big day!
Jeb Edwards

Jeb 'Big Jeb' Edwards is a man who needs little introduction. He married Dan's sister Erin in 2015 and they moved from Georgia to New Jersey just a few years later. Together with Erin he started 'Big Jeb's Homegrown" where he has grown his farm into quite the local business. Jeb and Dan have become great friends over the years as Jeb has become like another older brother to him.
Jeff Wieboldt

Jeff married Katie, Dan's sister, in 2019, and together they have a sweet dog named Dolly and an even sweeter daughter named Loretta. Jeff and Dan share many of the same tastes, from TV shows to many different kinds of music, they always find they have something in common.
Mike Pastor

Mike and Dan went to high school together and shared many awesome times together. They met freshman year as members of the Cranford HS Marching Band, and continued their friendship through the Jazz band and the track team. No matter where life has taken them, they have always remained close despite whatever distance has been between them.

Kyle and Dan have been friends since they met in CCD many years ago. They continued their friendship through high school in the Marching Band, and then through college and beyond. Kyle has always remained a loyal friend, and the two of them have shared many great memories together just being themselves and causing just a little bit of trouble wherever they go!
Chris Leonardi

Chris and Dan first met their freshman year at Rutgers when they lived on the same floor of their dorm. The following year they got an apartment together with two of their friends where they became even closer, starting a friendship that would last well beyond their time at Rutgers. From getting lost in a blizzard together, to the late-night poker games in their apartment, they have more stories together than they can count.

Johnny is Marina's youngest cousin, and the baby of the family just like Marina! Johnny is an extremely talented wrestler and football player. He does share one thing in common with Dan too- Johnny is an awesome drummer! Maybe he will even play a song at the wedding if we ask nice!
Vincent Jones

Vincent holds a special place in Marina's heart. Marina began babysitting Vincent when he was just one year old! They laughed, danced, sang, played, went to Dunkin' Donuts, and did everything together for two years. As Vincent gets older, Marina will always remember him as her "little" buddy, but she will always have "big" love for him.

Thomas is Dan's little buddy! Not only is Thomas Dan's nephew, but he is also his Godson. They have one of the sweetest relationships ever. Dan is officially known by Thomas as "D", and Dan wouldn't want it any other way.

Say hello to Molly! One of the cutest flower girls you will ever meet. Molly is fearless, brave, sweet, and hilarious. She is also Dan's niece! She has one of the best personalities!

Though she may be tiny, she is mighty cute! Loretta is Dan's niece and a real sweetheart. She is currently practicing her walking skills in preparation for her long walk down the aisle!
