Free on-site parking is available for all guests. You can also leave your car at the location overnight; it just needs to be removed by 10:00 a.m. the next morning.
While we would love for you to take pictures and videos at the reception, we ask that you don’t have your phones out during the ceremony!
We'll be at the Rivercrest Clubhouse at 6pm on Friday (7/10/2025). While we aren't hosting an official event, we'd love to see you for a casual gathering welcoming everyone to town. We will have light food and drinks.
There will be a shuttle running from the Fairfield Inn to the Cincinnati Nature Center. Before the ceremony the shuttle will depart from the hotel at 4:30pm and arrive around 4:45pm. After the event there will be a shuttle for guests back to the hotel at 11pm and another shuttle run at 11:45 for family only. There will be an officer posted in the parking lot at the venue so please plan accordingly :)
