What is the Welcome Event?

We are having a welcome event in lieu of a rehearsal dinner. Everyone is invited! It will be at the Beach House Resort in the Ocean Room from 5pm-7pm on August 29th. Food and drinks will be provided!

Semi- formal attire.

What time will the ceremony start on Friday?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:30. Try to be in your seats by 5:15 so we can start on time!

Where is the ceremony being held?

Answer

The ceremony will be in The Dunes Pavilion at the resort.

Where do I park if I’m not staying at the resort?

Answer

You can park across the street from the resort, in the Coligny Beach parking lot. Our coordinator recommends arriving early, to allow yourself time to find parking.

Where is cocktail hour and the reception?

Answer

Cocktail hour will be in a secondary location within the resort, near the pool. After cocktail hour, you will return to The Dunes Pavilion for dinner and the reception.

Do I need to choose a meal for the wedding?

Answer

Nope! Dinner will be served station style, with everyone able to pick what they want to eat.
