Where will the celebrations take place?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place at Scared Heart Church in Moline, Illinois at 1 pm. Cocktail hour will begin at 4 pm and last until about 5:30 pm at The Bend Event Center in East Moline, Illinois.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we’re keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Are kids welcomed?

Answer

For our special day, we’ve decided to keep our wedding adults only (16+), so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us. We hope you’ll take this as a chance for a special date night!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 20th so we can give our event space plenty of time to prepare the delicious meals they will be preparing.

What is the dress code?

We can’t wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our BIG day! Please join us in your best cocktail attire.

Are you signed up with a wedding registry service?

Answer

We do have a registry attached to our Zola website if you wish to contribute! Please look for the “Registry” tab on our website.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you need a place to stay while you are here celebrating our love story, you can click on the link to book a room at a discounted rate. The hotel is called The Hyatt Place which is walking distance away from the reception and a shuttle will be available as well. If you chose to reserve a room, you will click the link, enter your desired check in date, check out date and click “Book Now”. The code will automatically display available rooms for the contracted block between the dates of September 19, 2025 & September 21, 2025. The deadline for room reservations is August 19, 2025. If you prefer to make reservations via phone, you may call 309.755.6000 – press “1” to book new reservations at Hyatt Place and reference group "G-STRA". Our group block is under "Stoll-Ramirez wedding block" and is in Hyatt Place and all reservation requests should be made for Hyatt Place.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be transportation from the ceremony to the reception hall. However, there will be a shuttle that will be available if you choose to stay at the hotel that will take you to and from the hotel to the reception hall.

Is there parking at the reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty off parking at the reception hall. The Bend Event Center will have a large parking space in front of the venue.
