Question

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

YES! Please RSVP by March 15, 2026. Please RSVP even if you are unable to attend so that we have an accurate guest count for the venue, food, and drinks.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. We request guests plan to arrive no earlier than 4:30 but no later than 4:55. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the conclusion of the ceremony.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, neither we nor the venue can accommodate additional guests not explicitly included on the save the date.

Are children welcome?

As much as we love our kiddos our wedding will be child free. Enjoy the night off!

What should I wear?

Answer

We encourage our guests to dress their best! Please refer to the "Theme" section on our website. The entire Wedding will be held inside so no need to worry about Texas weather! Ultimately, wear what makes you feel most confident! (Please refrain from wearing anything white, ivory, beige, creme, white adjacent, and solid red). If you are unsure, don't hesitate to reach out!

Where should I stay?

Please refer to the "Travel" section of our website. We have a running hotel block at the Best Western Premier Crown Chase Inn & Suites where you can book a room at a discounted rate. Please let us know if the link doesn't work or if the block runs out so we can add more. We highly encourage you to book early to secure your stay!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographers are able to do their best work in capturing our big day. We kindly ask you respect our wishes and keep personal cameras and cell phones tucked away until instructed otherwise. We will have a brief moment at the end of the ceremony where everyone will be instructed to bring their phones out and take some pictures before we take more of our own!

Is there an open bar?

There will be an open bar with select spirits, beer, wine, champagne, and soda.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

We will be making our exit at 10:00 pm and our vendors will promptly begin breaking down at that time.

Question

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes. Shuttle service will be provided between the hotel (details in "Travel" section) and the venue. The shuttle bringing guests from the hotel to the venue will depart at 4:15 p.m. There will be two shuttle rides at the end of the night that will go from the venue back to the hotel. These shuttles depart at 9:15 p.m. and 10:15 p.m.
