When is the RSVP Deadline?

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We have rooms in a hotel block available; please see the travel tab Please book with the hotel block before June 20th, 2024.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 2:15 pm.

Will there be shuttles to and from the reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttles from the hotel to the reception location between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm then from the reception back to the hotel between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm However there will be Free Parking at both the Church and Concorde Banquet; no shuttles with be provided to the church and back

Both the Church and Reception will be indoors

What should I wear?

Black Tie recommended Suits, Tuxedos or Formal Dresses, Cocktail Dresses

We are only able to accommodate guests listed on the wedding invitation

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome for the ceremony. However as much as we love everyone's children the reception will be adults only; we want this to be a fun parents' night out!

Should I be saying congratulations in English or Portuguese

Both preferably; if anyone doesn't have access to google translate its "Parabens" :)
