The ceremony will begin at 3PM. Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to allow time to park and to be seated. If you arrive at or after 3PM, please enter through the clubhouse and watch the ceremony from the balcony off of Jack’s grill.
Our wedding will take place in a combination of indoor and outdoor settings, depending on weather.
While we love your little ones, we are asking for our ceremony and reception to be child free. Please take this night as an opportunity to enjoy a night out with your partner!
We can only accommodate those guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will appear on your invitation.
Please bring cash if you would like to participate in our cocktail hour entertainment! It will also be cash bar after dinner. There is an atm on site.
We will supply the alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
There will be an after party at the hotel bar from midnight to 2AM. Please tip the bartenders for staying open for us!
