Q&As

If you have any questions other than what we have listed here, please feel free to contact Marika at (603) 828-5733.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

ASAP, but to allow us time to finalize guest count with the caterers and the venue, please RSVP by June 30, 2025.

Question

Is there transportation to the hotels from the ceremony?

Answer

We will have shuttle space for 45 guests, departing the Best Western Premier hotel at 3:50 pm. The shuttle will return to the hotel from the venue at 11 pm. Please let us know if you are interested in taking the shuttle, as it will help us determine final numbers with the vendor.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’re excited to dress up with our friends and family! Our wedding will be semi-formal, so dress to impress but feel comfortable. Examples would be cocktail-length dresses, suit/slacks with tie optional.

Question

When should I arrive by?

Answer

We are planning for the ceremony to start at 4:30 pm, so advise guests to arrive at least half an hour prior to the ceremony - which will give you time to mingle and find a seat!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are restricted on capacity at the venue, so we are only able to fit those with plus ones formally invited. If you received a plus one, your plus one will be addressed on your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request no children for the ceremony and reception. We love your kiddos, but want to give the parents the opportunity to have a night off!

Question

Is there available camping?

Answer

About a mile up the road from the venue there is a campground on National Forest, so availability is first come, first serve. If you're planning on camping on National Forest, feel free to bring your bikes for transportation between the campground and venue! If you have a camper, the Alhambra RV park is down the road, closer to the highway.

Question

What to expect for weather?

Answer

Late August is still summer in Montana, however the nights do start to cool down! Expect highs in the 80s and lows in the 50s. The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, so we advise bringing a light jacket for when the sun goes down.
