We first met in elementary school. Both of us were in the same First Grade class. Although, Mariesa had a crush on him way back then, the friendship didn’t blossom into romance until years later! It took Dan a few attempts until she finally gave him a chance. The two were finally reunited and have been inseparable ever since!

It was a sunny day and the weather was beautiful. That morning we decided to set off on an adventure! Dan had the spot all planned out in his mind ... but I had no idea and eventually we made it several yards away from his ideal location. Kneeling over the rocks on the shore of Lake Superior in between the Log Slide and Sable Falls, He asked... and I said Yes!!
