The shuttle will arrive at hotel at 3:30PM. The shuttle will return to hotel at 11:00PM.
You can arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Please keep in mind this venue is on the outskirts of Austin. If you plan to stay closer to the city, please plan for the commute accordingly.
Cocktail formal attire. Suits preferred and cocktail dresses. The dresses can be short or long.
The ceremony will take place outdoors under the covered Terrace. Dinner will be located indoors in the Grand Hall.
We understand that things come up. You can bring your child but highly recommend they are taken home after dinner has taken place.
Our wedding is RSVP only. We can only accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Please let us know in advance about any dietary restrictions.
There is open parking at the venue.
