This is our favorite date spot in Asheville. Great for a small breakfast or mid-day pick me up. Marie always orders the Raspberry Brown Butter Tea Cake. Matthew gets the darkest tea available.
Craggy Pinnacle Hike
An easy 20 minute hike up in the Blue Ridge Mountains with impressive views. This is the first hike Marie and Matthew did together in Asheville.

Biltmore Estate
This time of year tickets start at $93. Entry isn't cheap but the house and grounds are truly one of a kind. We took our engagement photos around the estate.
Asheville Art Museum
We try to visit the art museum in every city we go to. You should too! The Asheville Art Museum is small but has a great collection.
Blue Ridge Parkway
If you've never been on the parkway, we highly recommend it. Stop at each overlook to take in the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Eyes on the road while driving please.
Salsa's
A great Mexican spot downtown. One of our favorites.
Wicked Weed Brewing's Brewpub
Great brewery downtown with an array of restaurants around to wash the beer down. Odds are Matthew will be here too.
Looking Glass Falls
A beautiful waterfall to explore. We recommend bringing a lunch to enjoy while exploring. This about a 30 minute drive from Asheville.
North Lexington Avenue
Stroll up and down the street and stop in some of Marie's favorite shops.
