There is parking onsite at the venue. There will also be a roundtrip shuttle bus provided from our hotel block location at the Courtyard Marriott Littleton departing at 4:30pm and leaving the venue at 10pm. The afterparty location is in the same plaza as the Courtyard Marriott hotel.
We will have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options for dinner. Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any allergies and dietary restrictions.
On Friday, we will have a BBQ food truck. The exact menu is still being nailed down. On Saturday, dinner will be served family style. There will be a caprese salad to start followed by main dishes of braised chicken thighs, roast pork shoulder, and eggplant scallopini and side dishes of seared broccoli, herb mashed potatoes, and macaroni & cheese.
On Friday, we will be very casual! Dress ready for lawn games and beach volleyball. On Saturday, we invite everyone to dress in cocktail attire. For those wearing heels-please be aware we will be outdoors in grass for most of the day!
