Marielle and Elly met at Haverford College many years ago and they became fast friends. They've had several adventures over the years such as swing dancing, haunted hay rides, farmers markets, super bowl parties, drag brunch, and much more! Elly has been there for Marielle through both the ups and downs of life. Elly lives in Princeton, NJ with her partner Matt, where she is finishing her Ph.D. Marielle and Joe both agree that Elly is the best cook they know, and are so grateful to have her in their lives.
Winston Arnold
Best Man
Winston and Joe met in college and have been close friends ever since. Winston is currently responsible for introducing Marielle to D&D and tabletop games (with Joe's guidance and encouragement). Joe has always appreciated Winston's strong commitment to the people he cares about, dedication to the things he values, and his quick wit. He is the truest of friends and the best of men. Winston lives in Havre de Grace, MD with his wife, Beth, and their daughter, Olivia.
Bobby Bangert

Marielle and Bobby have been friends since high school and have had many life adventures together. They both moved to the Philadelphia area after attending Washington College together and continue be close friends wherever they are. Bobby lives in D.C. with his partner, Matty, and one of Marielle's favorite things in the whole world is to go on DC day-trip adventures to walk around the city getting iced coffees, sushi, and just catching up.
Will King

Will is one of Joe's closest and kindest friends! They were bound to became great friends due to their mutual love of game nights, hobbying, Renaissance Festivals, and just genuinely enjoying each other's company. Will can make Joe laugh like no one else, and he has been a good friend to both Joe and Marielle throughout their relationship. Will lives in West Chester, PA with his fiancée, Amy.
Prue
Kitten of honor
Prue is the newest addition to Marielle and Joe's family, having just adopted her in July 2024! She is the tiniest member of the family with the biggest personality. Little Prue is a sweet snuggler and big purr ball, and Marielle and Joe are so excited to have her join the house as their newest fur-friend.
Lucy
Best Cat
Marielle adopted Lucy in 2017 about a year before meeting Joe. They soon became best bachelorette friends. Lucy has an excellent judge of character and soon after meeting Joe, adopted him as her own. Lucy enjoys playing fetch and snuggling up with her humans. Together they are all one happy family!
