Sunday, September 21st, 2025 -- the ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm and the cocktail hour and reception will immediately follow at 4:30pm. The reception will end at 9:00pm.

Yes, the ceremony and reception are at the same location!

The ceremony will be held outdoors on the veranda overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors in the Bayside Tavern and Beach House Ballroom. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Answer

Elegant cocktail attire. Nothing overly casual or excessively formal. Please no t-shirts, shorts, jeans, sneakers, flip-flops, or overly revealing/tight fitting clothing.

Answer

Guests are encouraged to arrive at 3:30pm (30 minutes before the ceremony). This will allow you time to greet other guests, grab a refreshment, and find a good seat!

Yes, shuttle transportation will be provided back and forth between the hotel and the ceremony/reception.

As much as we adore your little ones, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for a child-free celebration. Thank you for understanding!

Generally speaking, yes! But please search your name on our RSVP page to confirm. If you are bringing a guest, we kindly ask you to ensure that they are dressed appropriately and practice proper decorum. Thanks!

Answer

Of course! We encourage everyone to capture plenty of photos and videos, but kindly ask that you be mindful of the flash and noise.

Answer

Yes! Although the welcome dinner will have limited capacity, we will be hosting welcome drinks at Knoxie's Table at The Inn on Saturday night -- we welcome all those coming the night before to join us!

Answer

Yes! There will be light refreshments available upon arrival, a cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony and, of course, a premium open bar for the duration of the reception. There will be an assortment of hors d'oeuvres available pre and post ceremony as well as a buffet-style dinner service & dessert. We will also offer a nightcap and post-reception snacks to keep you from stopping on your way home!

Yes! For the night owls, we will be hosting an after party at Knoxie's Table at The Inn until midnight once the reception concludes.

We are responsible for ensuring that all guests at our wedding comply with Chesapeake Bay Beach Club policies as well as county and state laws regarding alcohol service. The staff reserves the right to deny alcohol service to anyone and they have been instructed to do so with anyone appearing overly intoxicated. Uncivil or unruly behavior will not be tolerated. We are looking forward to a fun and incident-free night! Thanks in advance.
