What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal. Please keep in mind that the ceremony and cocktail hour (1.5-2 hours total) will take place outside in July. The bridesmaids will be in desert rose and the bridesmen will be in a medium grey, so please try not to wear those colors!

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation includes that person's name or the word "Guest", then yes!

What time should I arrive?

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free. There will be plenty available parking spaces at the venue.

How many days is the hotel block?

Answer

The hotel block is for 2 nights (July 22nd and July 23rd). You can book for both nights or just the night of the wedding. Please keep in mind, check-in is not until 3pm. You can always check-in after the wedding or book a room for both nights.

What rooms are available at the hotel?

Answer

There are two options: 1. King Studio Suite: - Sleeps 4 - 1 king size bed - 1 sofa bed 2. 2 Queen Bed Studio Suite: - Sleeps 6 - 2 queen beds - 1 sofa bed

Is there a shuttle bus from the venue to the hotel?

Answer

No; we anticipate a handful of guests to check-in to their rooms after the wedding.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes, food options are specified on the RSVP cards and the RSVP link on this website.

Will there be a vegetarian option?

Answer

Yes; specifics to be determined.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is present enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we’ve created an online registry with Zola.

I can't attend in person, will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Answer

Unfortunately, no.

What health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?

Answer

If you would like to wear a mask, you are more than welcome! However, masks are not mandatory.
