Question

Will there be a card box at the Venue?

Answer

Yes there will be a designated reception table for our locked card box. We are grateful to those who wish to support us on our many group funds. If you wish to contribute to our date-fund, travel-fund or First-time homeowner fund in person, please feel free to locate this card box on he day of reception. Guests can also contribute via Zelle by using the Bride's cell number 7863220170. All other questions can be redirected o the MOH Stephanie Valdes.

How can I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP through the Evite link sent. For any further RSVP questions please feel free to contact Stephanie Valdes or Cindy Cuadra. This will allow us to plan accordingly. Due to expedited events, please RSVP by September 1st, 2025.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The Ceremony will begin punctually at 2:30 in the afternoon. Please arrive no later than 2:25pm or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage ALL guests to wear formal BLACK attire. Formal dress code for women includes floor length gowns, tea-length & Midi dresses. For men this includes suits, dress shirts & ties.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on our wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding & reception as an adult-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony & Cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception will take place indoors.

Can we take pictures during the Ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present when we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us. We promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos & videos as you'd like!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our Rsvp on the Evite invitation link, so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What if I fall sick or have an emergency & cannot attend the wedding after RSVPs have already been sent?

Answer

We hope you feel well & everything turns out fine for you & your loved ones. If feeling unwell, for the safety of our loved ones attending, please stay home & rest. Please let Stephanie Valdes or Cindy Cuadra know as soon as possible.

Missed the Rsvp?

Answer

We're sorry if you cannot make it to our wedding. Our Rsvp deadline has passed & unfortunately you will not be able to attend. We would have loved for your attendance, but final numbers have now been set. Your presence will be missed!

How will I know the Party is coming to an end?

Answer

Due to local noise ordinances at Ever After Farms Tropical Grove, the event will begin winding down at 9:30 p.m. When you hear Donna Summer's "Last Dance" song play, this will be our guests cue for the end of the event. Please make sure to gather all your belonging & loved ones after this time.

Our wonderful photographer will coordinate a Sparkler group picture during the reception time. We encourage our guests to participate!
