Things To Do
We will be up in the beautiful Sierra Mountains. On site there are 2 lakes- one on the lodge door step and another about a 30 minute hike from the venue. Being on the lake means there is kayaking, canoeing, swimming and catch and release fishing!
In addition there's plenty of space for hiking and camping. There are 30 campsites on the property and guests are welcome to tent camp or RV camp. Please check out the Hideout at Kirkwood's website for camping details!
The lodge is also outfitted with a 30 person hot tub overlooking the lake. Its a true Mountain Paradise!
If all thats not enough we will be a little less than an hours drive from Lake Tahoe! Or if you want to head down the mountain in the other direction the Shenandoah Valley is one of Californias hidden wine tasting gems!
