Sam and Marie met while attending Sehome High School in Bellingham WA. They were in the same graduating class of 2014 and were both avid soccer players. Despite attending the same high school and having similar interests, they were not friends or even acquaintances! They spent all 4 years of high school without speaking a word to each other or having a class together (that they can remember). It wasn’t until senior prom that Sam and Marie crossed paths. Due to the fact that they had mutual friends, Sam and Marie ended up attending senior prom together (see the photo in the gallery!). While it wasn’t a romantic affair for them, it is where their love story begins. Fast forward 4 years later and Marie was invited by a coworker to be apart of a co-Ed soccer team for the 2018 summer season at northwest soccer park. She shows up for the first game of the season and guess who happens to be on the team, Sam! After a few soccer games and brief chatting, Sam sparked a conversion with Marie on instagram and they hit it off. They went on their first date and the rest is history! They’ve now been together for four years and can’t wait to spend the rest of their lives together. They live in Bellingham WA together with their 2 labradoodles, Myla and Saint (who you will see at the wedding!). They can’t wait to celebrate their love with you in August this summer.
