Question

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

After the ceremony, please join us for cocktails, followed by dinner and dessert. Beverages will include tea, lemonade, soda, beer, wine, and cocktails. Passed hors d’oeuvres will feature traditional deviled eggs with smoked paprika; buttermilk biscuits with pimento cheese and seared ham; beef brisket with balsamic-glazed onions and Gorgonzola cream sauce; and grilled vegetable skewers with balsamic glaze. Dinner will be served buffet-style, with tables invited in turn. Entrées include a choice of grilled chicken breast with mushroom cream sauce, bone-in rack of pork with barbecue sauce, or roasted cauliflower and mushroom risotto (GF, VG). Sides include grilled asparagus with white balsamic butter, creamed corn with charred leeks, a mashed potato bar with assorted toppings, and yeast rolls with butter. Cake will be available after dinner.

What does “cocktail attire” mean?

Answer

Cocktail attire is dressy, not formal. Think suits and ties, cocktail dresses, or dressy separates. Don’t overthink it. It’s a celebration, so just dress up a little and have fun!

Question
