When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 20, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4PM, so please arrive by 3:30 to park, make your way to the lawn, and get seated. If you wish to arrive earlier, there are beautiful walking trails and a pond at the venue where you are welcome to enjoy the scenery.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No dress code specified. The wedding ceremony and reception will be outside, weather permitting, so please dress accordingly. The ceremony will be on a grassy lawn, so stilettoes are not recommended.

Are children welcome at the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Children are welcome at the ceremony and reception. Please RSVP for all children in attendance.

Will there be shuttles provided?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will run from both Butler-area hotels to the ceremony and back at the end of the evening. We will provide additional information about timing.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let me know if you or a member of your party has any dietary restrictions. The food will be served buffet-style and labeled if it is gluten-free or dairy-free.

What is a cookie table?

Answer

Cookies abound! Traditionally, any guest who wishes will contribute 1-2 dozen cookies (or more!) to add to the cookie table. Folks will browse throughout the night. We'll take care of the plating, just email Karen Parent (mother of the groom) at kannparent@yahoo.com to let her know what you're bringing.
