Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us in their best Western Formal. We ask women to wear long dresses or jumpsuits (midi or maxi) and men to wear suits. Bolo ties and cowboy boots are allowed and encouraged but leave your jeans and work boots at home! Our venue is outdoors with a mix of gravel, grass, and paved surfaces - ladies may prefer a thicker heel. Attire inspiration here: https://pin.it/1G13J5E

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see our 'Travel' page for the 2 Dripping Springs hotels with room blocks. Also check out Hill Country Airbnbs and take the weekend to explore.

Question

What will the weather be?

Answer

May temperatures generally range from 65 - 85 degrees but Texas Spring can be unpredictable. Our venue will be outdoors so please plan attire and footwear accordingly! The dancefloor area will be under a covered tent with fans but the ceremony and dinner will be open air in the vines.
