When should I RSVP by?

What should I wear?

Answer

We suggest guests wear formal or cocktail attire to the reception. Please note that guests will be seated on the floor for the ceremony so please be sure to wear something you are comfortable doing so in. There will be plenty of time between the ceremony and reception for an outfit change if you so choose! All guests will be expected to cover their heads and remove their shoes for the ceremony. Scarves will be available at the ceremony venue for head coverings, or feel free to bring your own.

Will there be parking available at the venues?

Yes, there will be parking available at both the ceremony and reception venue.

What food options will you serve at the wedding?

Answer

We will be serving buffet-style Indian food from Bollywood Grill. There will be vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options available. There will be langar (a small meal) served after the ceremony. This will be vegetarian only.

Are there any restrictions on guest photography during the ceremony?

We appreciate you keeping your phones put away during the ceremony as it is a religious service. Thank you!

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We expect the ceremony and langar to conclude around 1-2 pm and the reception begins at 6 pm. In between, we invite you to check into your hotel and relax or spend your time seeing the city of Milwaukee. There are plenty of fun breweries to check out, or if the weather allows, head to the lakefront! Just make sure you return ready to party at 6 pm.

Where should I stay?

We recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Inn which is attached to our reception venue. How do I know if I can bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, you will see their name on the envelope or It will be noted in your invitation details. If you are unsure, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.
