Travel Note

Ferry from Ceremony to Reception

The wedding ceremony and reception venues are both close to the NYC Ferry stops. The ferry departs from Wall Street/Pier 11 at 3:07 and 4:07 and arrives at Greenpoint at 3:48 and 4:48. Weather permitting, this is a lovely way to get from the church to the reception. Ferry tickets can be bought on the NYC Ferry app ahead of time. John and Marie will be on the 4:07 ferry if wedding photos end on time. Please join us for the ride!

Flight

LGA / JFK / EWR

NYC has tons of airports, but Laguardia is definitely the easiest for domestic flights and is a reasonable cab ride from all hotel and AirBnB rentals.

Train

Subway Stops

The NYC subway system is one of the easier ways to get around the city. The ceremony is near nearly every subway line but the reception is within walking distance of the Bedford L stop (20 min walk) and the Greenpoint Ave G stop (7 min walk).

Travel Note

Uber / Lyft

Rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft are a convenient way to get around the city. Please double check your destination addresses in the app as typos can send you the wrong way. NCY addresses are fairly number heavy and things like 2nd street and 2nd avenue are wildly different.
