Yes!! All guests get a discounted rate on their stay for the wedding. The QR code for the discount is on the travel page.

All guests should arrive by the 19th at the latest. The 16th at the earliest.

The wedding is located at the gazebo. Maps will be provided at check in.

Last day to book your stay is May 17,2026. There are NO LATE EXCEPTIONS!!!!

What rooms are included in the promo code??

Answer

Any room with the word “suite” in its name is available for all guests to book at a discounted price, however if you would like a different room outside of the approved suites you will have to pay full price for your stay.

How many days are included in the promo code??

The promo code covers your stay anywhere from July 16-July 24 of 2026. Any later or earlier dates will be full priced.

What does unplugged mean??

This wedding will be device free aside from the paid photographers and videographers. The couple wishes to have no devices.

Are kids welcome?

Any children under 14 are not to attend the wedding ceremony however they are welcome to the resort.

All guests are allowed one plus one aside from children 14 years and older.

Special requests for food need to be submitted at least 2 months before the wedding date.

All events will be sent via invite digitally prior to the wedding and is available on the website schedule.

Do we bring gifts??

The couple asks guests to not bring gifts to the destination wedding but rather have them sent to their home with a note saying it’s a wedding gift.

Where do I send gifts??

The couple’s address is on the envelope of your invitation and are be on the registry.

Is there transportation(flight) provided??

Answer

No, all guests are responsible for their own flights.

Is the resort child-friendly??

Answer

The section of the resort where the wedding is being held is adult-only, however there is a family side of the resort, links can be found on the travel page.

Do I have to use the discount code??

Answer

Yes!! If you book your rooms without the code, you will not be included in the wedding count. That is how the resort manages the guest count.
