If you're staying at Suncadia, the resort itself offers a variety of activities like the swim club, fitness center and spa. You'll need a wristband or key card to access the amenities. 

If you've booked accommodations elsewhere or through websites like VRBO, you can still enjoy the biking trails, community parks and public golf courses (Rope Rider and Prospector). They also have a free par 3 practice course called Rope Rider Golf Park located next to Swiftwater Cellars. 

Some other things to do outside Suncadia are listed below!

Moderate trail, about 6 miles out and back. Depending on weather, you might still run into snow mid-May but that will be true for most hikes in the area.
