What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is appreciated! The celebration will take place outdoors with some walking on grass, so we recommend comfortable footwear. There will be air conditioning inside the estate and fans in the tent to keep things cool.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels and the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Round trip transportation will be provided for our guests staying at the hotels. The buses will leave the Hotel West & Main at 3:45pm and the Marriott at 3:50pm. The trip should take around 10 minutes.

How do I find Appleford?

Answer

Appleford is located at 770 Mount Moro Road, Villanova, PA 19085. It’s tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, so keep an eye out as you approach. Once on Mount Moro Road, continue straight. Just before the road curves, look for a small Appleford sign on the left. This unassuming driveway is the entrance.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Yes, please follow guest parking signs when you enter Appleford.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We encourage guests to arrive around 4pm and find their seats by 4:15. The ceremony will promptly begin at 4:30.

What's the drink situation?

Answer

During cocktail hour and the reception, there will be a fully stocked open bar. For the afterparty, drinks will be available at a cash bar (card payment accepted, of course).

While we love our little ones, this is an adults only event. If you are traveling with children and would like assistance finding childcare, please let us know.
