The wedding will take place on 24th October 2025, with events starting on 23rd October and finishing on 26th October.

Answer

There are no direct flights from Belfast to Rome. Guests are advised to fly from Dublin Airport, where multiple flight options exist. Please see travel tab.

When we gather everyone's flight information and travel plans, we will arrange private transfers from the airport to the venue. If you are staying in Rome prior to the celebrations, let us know and we will arrange a private transfer from Rome City to the venue. All transfers will be arranged through the bride and groom.

The wedding ceremony will be held in Basilica San Silvestro, followed by reception at Casale Doria Pamphilj. We will have transport arranged for everyone from Casale Doria Pamphilj to the Chapel allowing you to fully relax and enjoy the big day.

What accommodation options are available?What accommodation options are available?

Answer

Accommodation is available at Casale Doria Pamphilj. Rooms are priced at 70 Euros per person per night. No need for a deposit and you pay upon arrival at the venue. When we get final numbers, we will allocate rooms closer to the time. Breakfast is included in the room price for each morning. Meals on all three days are included as part of the wedding for everyone to enjoy. A bar with extra snacks and drinks is available for anyone to use throughout your stay. If you would prefer to stay elsewhere, just let us know and we can help you find out transfer arrangements and prices etc.

We want everyone to feel comfortable, so it is entirely up to you. See below as a rough guide. - BBQ Party- Smart Casual - chinos, shorts, shirt, dress, whatever floats your boat. Wedding day- Your finest - dress to impress. Pizza Party- Smart Casual - This will be day 3 so anything goes. The venue has some cobble stones, so block heels or flats for after the ceremony might come in handy.

We love your little ones, but to allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only occasion, with the exception of our nephews/nieces and some younger immediate family members. We thankyou for your understanding.
