What is the proper attire?

Answer

This is a formal affair, so please dress accordingly! If we see you wearing shorts, flip flops or baseball caps you will get a swift kick in the tush!

What are the covid-19 precautions being taken?

Answer

Your health and safety is very important to us! The church requires all guests to wear masks while indoors and we will be providing them for your convenience. Masks are also required while walking throughout the premises of The Westin, but are up to your discretion while at cocktail hour and during the reception.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony is at Incarnation Catholic Church and will begin promptly at 2pm, so please arrive no later than 1:45pm. The reception will be held at The Westin Sarasota in the Triton Ballroom. Cocktail hour will begin at 5pm and dinner will follow

Parking at The Westin

Answer

The Westin is valet parking only and our guests will get a discounted rate.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the church?

Answer

Yes! A trolly will be transporting guests from The Westin starting at 1pm.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No. While we love all your munchkins very much, we want everyone to let loose (and enjoy the open bar), so little ones will have to stay home.
