Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask you RSVP by March 6th. If something happens after that date and you need to change your RSVP, just let us know!

Where will the ceremony be held?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside in the courtyard.

Where do we park?

Answer

There is a free parking lot directly across the street from the venue, dedicated to the McPherson with a parking attendant. If you plan to leave your car overnight you may also do this, just ask for a parking permit for your window from the venue.

COVID protocols being taken:

From The McPherson: In accordance with the City of St. Louis Health Department requirements and recommendations, we use the following to insure the health and safety of our guests and staff: - Mask are required upon entering the building, and any time you approach a food station or bar / beverage station. Our staff remains masked the entire event. - Guest seating is distanced at least 6' apart. We require assigned seating, in groups formed by our clients of guests who are agreeable to be seated together. Once seated, you are welcome to remove face masks. - Hand sanitizer stations are set at every food and beverage service area, and at all entrances.

- Thermo-scan temperatures are taken upon arrival, and anyone presenting a temperature of 100.4 or more will be not be able to attend. - Stringent procedures are followed behind the scenes as well, including increased HEPA filters on HVAC vents, and frequent sanitizing of all common touch areas. We have provided specific training in regard to increased sanitizing procedures. All staff remains gloved, required for handling any utensils, plates, linens or other individual service items, changing gloves frequently and between tasks.
