The pair had grown up within the same 5-mile radius in the Keller area for over ten years but did not have the chance to meet until one fateful Sunday afternoon in April 2024. Isaac was finishing up his last semester at Texas Tech University and Marianne was wrapping up her first year as a middle-school teacher at Harwood when they met after attending Mass at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Looking back, the introduction was not the best. After finding out that Marianne graduated the year before from the University of Texas at Austin, Isaac promptly did a "horns down" hand signal. That did not deter Marianne for long. A few days later, they went on their first date at Rosa's Cafe with plans to golf afterwards. No golfing occurred, however, as the two spent the evening talking until closing hours. Isaac had to go back to Lubbock to finish his degree, but he did not leave his affection for Marianne behind. Many late-night phone conversations followed until the two became official. Since then, they have only grown deeper in love, and the pair are thrilled that you will celebrate this amazing day together with them!
