From Knoxville: Take I-75 (West/South) to the Sweetwater/Hwy 68 Exit Take a left onto Hwy 68 Travel along Hwy 68 through the towns of Sweetwater and Madisonville Continue on Hwy 68 to the town of Tellico Plains Take a left onto New Providence Road At the stop sign, continue straight onto Fairview Road Travel on Fairview Road for approx. 4-5 miles Take a right at 1110 Fairview Road There is a large Riverbend Farms sign at the entrance to the gravel driveway.
