IS THERE TRANSPORTATION FROM THE HOTELS AND CABINS TO THE CEREMONY AND BACK?

Answer

Best Western and Hampton Inn Hotels Shuttles will arrive outside the lobby at 4:30PM and will leave promptly at 4:40 pm. Because they will also be picking up guests at the venue, they will unfortunately only make 1 run. MSL Cabins Shuttles will start at 4:55PM near the West lake cabins 26, 29, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, followed by cabin numbers 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 17. People staying at the Hill Suites are also welcome to walk to The Lodge. Return Shuttles will arrive back to the Lodge between 10:45 - 11PM to return guests to the hotels and cabins. Please be patient on the return side since everyone will be leaving together.

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be on grass, so ladies - bring your wedges, rather than heels!

Or Please follow the directions below: - From Interstate Route 80 East or West - Take Exit 299 Tannersville, turn left onto Route 715 South - Go 2 miles to “Bart's Bar and Grill” on left - Turn right onto Mountain Springs Drive - Go 1/4 mile to Mountain Springs Lake Resort sign on right (GPS coordinates: 41.014368, - 75.343744) . Turn right through stone pillars at the East Lake Entrance (you will see The Lodge ahead – grey building with barn red trim). Follow the road and make a right at first intersection and another right at the next intersection. The Lodge will be on your right. Can I get to the wedding by public transportation?

Answer

There is no direct train/bus to The Lodge. But if you are coming in from NYC there are Martz Buses in the area. They would then have to take a Uber from the bus station to The Lodge. Public transportation isn’t as available in the Pocono’s.
