Matron of Honor
Hi! My name is Laura and I’m the bride's sister. I'm currently a travel Clinical Research Associate for MedPace, but my first job was babysitting the bride. Marian and Rhett have been together since high school, so it has been an honor to see them grow up together and build the beautiful relationship that they have today. I am so excited to celebrate this day with them and to see what comes next!
Best Man
Hi I’m Myles! I’m a Defense Analyst here in Columbus. I’m also a graduate student at The Ohio State University, an avid golfer, and music consumer. I met Rhett in first grade down the road in Pickerington. I was brand new, and he was one of the first kids to welcome and befriend me. Since that day we have gone from playing Lego Star Wars after school, to walking Ohio State’s campus together, to calling to debrief after work. I met Marian about 7 years ago here at one of Rhett and I’s sacred traditional spots (Bob Evan’s on Hill Road in Pickerington, Ohio 43147). I think it’s important to note that it was mid winter and Marian was visibly freezing her ass off even after food and hour inside. From that day on I understood how much Rhett and Marian truly mean to each other. Together and separate, Rhett and Marian are two of the most loyal and loving friends I have had the pleasure of meeting. It’s not every day that two of your closest friends get married, and so I am very excited to celebrate the newlyweds come wedding day! Here’s to Rhett and Marian!

Jenna is a 27-year-old social media marketer and proud dog mom to her perfect goldendoodle, Trixie Mattel. She and Mariangelica may be “family by marriage,” but they’ve long been friends by choice—concert buddies, shopping partners, crafting companions, and everything in between. She’s beyond excited to celebrate this beautiful day and truly honored to stand by Mariangelica’s side.

Ross is Rhett's eldest sibling- if you couldn't tell by how nearly identical they are. Though they share the same eyes, smile, laugh, and dry humor- Ross and Rhett have lived very different lives. For all of their differences in personality and chosen lifestyle, the two brothers come together in harmony for a good time of telling stories, cracking jokes, quoting comedy movies, and sharing a drink together with their friend and brother-in-law Marcus while making fun of their beloved sister Alexa. The groom couldn't be happier to have Ross by his side on this momentous day.

My name is Jordan, and I've known the bride since middle school. Even to this day, we laugh about our silly cringe jokes that only 13 year olds could come up with. Over the years, she's been one of my closest friends and a constant in my life. I've had the privilege of growing up alongside her, and I adore her dearly. I'm so honored to stand by her side and celebrate this beautiful new chapter as she begins her journey as a wife.

Hello Everyone, First off, I want to thank Rhett and Marian for allowing me to be a part of their special day. My name is Tate Mayo, and I met Rhett on the first day of high school freshmen orientation. I can’t quite recall what exactly, but both of us found ourselves trying to control our laughter while being lectured in the Spanish classroom – it was probably something very important, knowing our luck. Four years of shenanigans flew by with notable mentions including our Othello Project with Thomas, countless afternoons go-karting, and Rhett’s ever famous tailgating sessions for our beloved (and elite) high school football team. I was able to meet Marian for the first time at our Senior Year Prom Dance. Rhett was always enamored with Marian from the moment he told me about her and could not wait to introduce her. I saw that same passion in Marian, and I know it will serve both well as they continue their lives together. I wish you all the best and everlasting happiness. -Tate R.C. Mayo

Hi! I'm Elicia (pronounce it however you want, extra points for creativity). I am a medical student at USF. Not sure what specialty I want to do yet but hope to figure it out soon (mainly because I have to). Enough about school, though. Outside of class and clinic, I don't get to do much if I'm being honest. But when not hunched over a computer, I love to workout, play sports, travel, read, cook/bake, and eat (really just a fan of anything, everything food). You'd think that's where Marian comes into the picture given our shared devotion for dinner, and you wouldn't be totally wrong. However, I initially met Ms. Marian a long time ago in a galaxy far far away...okay, I'll be for real now. I first met Marian a few years ago through ice skating. I was a competitive figure skater and had the pleasure of teaching Marian in Learn-to-Skate classes. I knew we would be fast friends the moment we saw eye to eye (quite literally). Since then, I can't help but see why Rhett loves Marian. She is not only kind and caring, but also always ready to mop the floor if you know what I mean (and no, I'm not stereotyping). She was truly born down to earth. I am so grateful Marian has found someone who treasures and looks up to the truly amazing person she is. Although I've only met Rhett a few times, he seems like a genuinely great guy to whom I wish nothing but the best. Thank you both for allowing me the honor of a bridesmaid. To Marian and Rhett, I hope for the happiest ever after! Congrats!

Hi, my name is Thomas and I'm an amateur skateboarder and a proud member of The World's Greatest Air Force. I met Rhett at a high school event- featuring music by Soulja Boy- and we took stagecraft together. Just the fact that we didn't lose or break any limbs in that class tells me that we have an unstoppable friendship. In the decade that has followed, I've gotten to know both Rhett and Marian, and we've spent some incredible moments together. I always look forward to our adventures together, as well as the inevitable roasting of each other that helps melt the Florida snow during these long, cold winters. There is nothing in this world that I want more than to see my friends get the most out of life- and then some. It's impossible to put to words how excited I am for you two, and how grateful I am to attend your wedding and be part of your future. Here's to a real power couple!

Hi everyone! My name is Nicholas Verastegui. I'm a software developer based near NYC; I love working out, reading, and writing stories and stand up comedy sets. I've been friends with Marian since middle school. She's short, crude and loud, like a Chihuahua. While Marian's height hasn't changed since we met, she has grown as a person and I'm so proud to be here celebrating someone who's brought so much light (and noise) into everyone's lives. Regards, Nicholas Verastegui

Hi there, my name’s Ryan Freligh. I’m a personal trainer based in Tampa who likes biking, Karate, pickleball, and writing Nick’s stand-up routines (he lied on his bio; don’t listen to him. I’m TOTALLY honest). I’ve been friends with Marian for as long as she’s been vertically challenged, which is a while, and am pleased she found a great man in Rhett to marry. I’ve seen lots of the ups and downs she’s gone through over the years, and knowing Rhett has been by her side through it all demonstrates the commitment of his words and character of his actions: pure, honest and unwavering. You don’t get that dedication from someone very often. Finding love is hard, and it’s cause for celebration when that love is to be knotted forever. I hope that the life Rhett and Marian share together includes many lovely days of fun and splendor, and less days where she throws a chancleta at him. Can’t wait to celebrate the bride and groom to be, eat some wedding cake, and hit the reception dance floor! Cheers to the newlyweds, Rhett and Marian!
