Weekend Agenda

OUR VISION Community has been a big theme in our lives and is a value we hope to keep in our marriage. In keeping with this sentiment, we want you - a part of our community - to be a centerpiece in our wedding. Our dream was that we would be able to genuinely engage with everyone who comes to celebrate our marriage. By having a wedding that lasts a whole day, we will be able to spend more time with our favorite people and see new connections form. Though our time together will be short, we hope this format will help highlight the communal aspect of marriage. If God has made us for relationships, then we hope this wedding helps all of us remember two things: (1) our relationships with each other are sacred, and (2) the God who died for us is chiefly concerned and glorified in the way we relate to him. We will bring breakfast, you bring walking shoes - we're excited to spend our wedding morning in one of Marian's favorite places. Bring your camp chairs (if handy) and prepare to sit by a lake, eat, and (if wanting to) join us on an easy trail around the lake!
