We're getting married!

We met in Harper Hall at Louisiana Tech University. I was going down to talk to my RA, and Riley was sitting there. Fast forward to a couple weeks later. Riley walked with me to Gumbo Fest where I mustered the courage to ask him for his number. Now we are engaged!!!

When we went to Easter with her family, I asked her mom permission. Then, the next weekend I got the ring from my mom. We got back to school on Sunday, and I couldn't wait. I told her, "let's go for a walk." It was 11 pm. I was so excited. I wasn't where I wanted to ask her so we walked for a while. Eventually we sat in front of Hale Hall, the prettiest building on tech campus. Then, I got down on one knee and asked her. She said yes!!!
