Here are some recommendations for places to stay. Thus far it looks like those who are staying in the Kingston hotels are at the Best Western. We will have a shuttle bus to and from there to the venue for those who would like that option. The bus will leave the hotel at 2:45 p.m. as it has to make 2 stops on the way to the venue. Normal check-in time is 3 p.m. but my contact at the hotel said they attempt to provide early check-in for wedding guests. So as long as the rooms have been cleaned and have been made available, people who arrive on Saturday should be able to check-in, chill out and be ready in time for the 2:45 shuttle. And really, even if the shuttle leaves at 3'ish, guests will still arrive at the venue on time.
