Travel Times and Directions

Just a heads up that the distance from the hotel is approximately 45 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from the church for the ceremony, and about 20 minutes away from the reception venue. Travel time from the church to the reception is 45 minutes. We know it's far and we're so sorry about the long drive! Directions from the Church to the Reception: Head South on Federal Blvd to I-76 W. 6 min (2.7 mi) Take I-70 W to CO-74 S in Jefferson County. Take exit 252 from I-70 W 20 min (20.5 mi) Merge onto Lariat Loop Scenic Byway. Turn right onto Squaw Pass Rd/CO-103/County Hwy-66. Continue to follow CO-103. CO-103 is 0.1 miles past Windom Dr. If you reach Bergen Pkwy you've gone about 0.3 miles too far Continue on CO-103 for 12.28 miles. You will see an angled sign for Echo Mtn on your right side. Go down the gravel driveway which leads to the parking lot. You have arrived! Click the link below for Google Maps directions from the Church!

Comfort Suites Golden West On Evergreen Parkway

We have booked at hotel block here! They have King Suites or 2 Queen Bed rooms from $180-$190. Rooms have a 2 night minimum and must be reserved before May 20, 2022. To reserve, please call the hotel directly at 303-526-2000 and ask for the 'Bettinger-Martin' Group.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Evergreen Comfort Suites to the reception

June 25, 2022 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

To help reduce concern of designated drivers or mountain roads, we are providing a shuttle from the hotel to the reception after the ceremony. The shuttle will make 2 trips from the hotel starting at 3:15, then it will be available for trips back starting at 8 pm.

Flight

Denver International Airport

Denver Airport is the easiest airport to fly into! They have a train that runs from the airport to downtown Denver, where there are plenty of hotel options.

Travel Note

Airbnb Area Recommendations

If you are looking for an area to stay in for Airbnbs/Vrbos, I recommend looking in the 'Denver West' or 'Evergreen' areas. While the ceremony is in Westminster, the reception is in Idaho Springs/Evergreen area, and Denver West falls about in the middle. If you would prefer to be closer to the reception for late night ease, considering staying in Evergreen.
