Ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

We recommend elegant, comfortable attire suitable for warm weather and sand.

Our ceremony will take place on the beach and will last approximately 30 minutes, followed by a cocktail hour. It will include music, prayer, a short message, and the exchange of vows. As shuttle will be provided to take everyone to the ceremony. Dress code: Beach Formal Gentlemen: Suit required. We ask tan, beige, or sand tones to be avoided. Ladies: white, ivory champagne or very light neutral tones are reserved. Our hope is for this to feel warm, joyful, and welcoming to everyone—whether you choose to sing along, reflect quietly, or simply enjoy the moment with us.

Cocktail Hour

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Break at the hotel — time to relax & refresh

Shuttle pick up

6:30 pm

The shuttle will pick you up from the hotel to go to the reception

Reception

7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

After the ceremony and cocktail hour, we’ll gather for dinner and a night of music, dancing, and celebration. Come ready to enjoy good food, great company, and plenty of time on the dance floor.
