We're getting married!

Wow, freshman year! Seems like ages ago. How lucky we were to have crossed paths at the right time! Taylor and Mari met during freshman spirit week and they became quickly inseparable. After events on the quad, trivia nights, and library study sessions, the two fell in love, and began their amazing journey. Our love began on September 15th 2014

Coronavirus! This really put a wrench in all the plans that were made! Instead, a day at the lake house, as the couple always found serenity there. Taylor took Mari upstate, and Mari thought nothing of it, just a normal weekend trip to them. Going out for a hike through the woods with Taylor's parents, they came upon a beautiful waterfall. As Lisa and Billy distracted Mari, setting up the perfect picture, Taylor got into position. When Mari turned around, seeing Taylor on one knee, she squeaked out a "yes." This made official what the couple always knew. A lifetime together was set in stone. We got engaged May 24th 2020

August 25th 2014 - met briefly during an 8am class September 15th 2014 - became a couple July 1st 2015 - Mari Moved to Rockland July 1st 2017 -Mari and Taylor Moved to Brooklyn May 24th 2020 - Taylor popped the question June 4th 2022 - Wedding day!
