Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be on Preferred Beach and following this will be the reception in Macao Plaza which is outdoors as well.

Do we need a shuttle to get to the ceremony?

Answer

No shuttle needed! Our wedding is right on the beach at the resort. No necesitas un shuttle bus para el día de la boda. La ceremonia es en la playa cerca de distancia a todo.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at exactly 4pm on Preferred Beach so please be there at 3:45pm La ceremonia empieza exactamente a las 4pm en Preferred Beach. Por favor este ahi a las 3:45 para llegar a tiempo.

What is wedding day attire for women?

Answer

Please no sage green or white. A maxi dress, cocktail dress, or jumpsuit in pastel colors such as light pink, baby blue, yellow, peach, etc. To up the elegance, consider fabrics like satin, lace and tulle which are light and airy. You will be walking on sand for the ceremony, but for the reception it will be on hard wood floor at Macao Plaza. As for shoes, whatever is comfortable dressy flat sandals or heels. We will have a shoe rack on the beach if you would like to place your heels there! Para las mujeres, por favor no ponerse el color blanco o verde. Las opciones pueden ser un vestido largo o vestido de coctel. Porfavor usar colores pastel (nada oscuro). Puedes usar colores cómo rosado, azul bebe, amarillo, etc. Vamos a tener un sitio en la playa donde puedes dejar los zapatos, ya que la boda es en la playa vas a estar caminando en la arena. Puedes usar chanclas o tacones para la fiesta después en Macao Plaza!

What is wedding day attire for men?

Answer

As for men, white collared shirt or polo. (No t-shirts please) long pants and/or short kakis. Shoes: Dress shoes, loafers or deck shoes. Para los hombres, por favor usen camisa blanca. Puede ser polo o con botones. Para los pantalones el novio pide que usen “kakis” en pantalones porfavor.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions! Solo podemos alojar aquellos invitados formalmente invitados en su invitación de boda.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, the little ones are invited to our wedding! We know this will be a vacation for our guests as well. / Through out the week at the resort be sure to check out “Kids Club”: A space just for kids and teens. Explorers Club For Kids ages 3-12, offering video games, crafts and even their camping adventure. Open daily from 9:30 a.m. – 10 p.m. Core Zone Teens Club for ages 13-17, features indoor game room, cinema and disco. Open daily from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.

Preferred vs non preferred rooms

Answer

All rooms are the same! Except, if you got preferred you are able to enter certain restaurants and have a butler. Your butler is there to help you with anything you need at anytime! :)

Is shuttle included from airport to hotel & vice versa?

Answer

Shuttle is included with our room block if you booked through Destination Weddings. If you booked your hotel from a different website, it may not be included! If you need transport we advise using AMSTAR. They are part of the hotel! Si reservo en nuestro bloqueo de cuartos con Destination Weddings, esta incluido el bus para el hotel y el hotel al aeropuerto. El bus que esta incluido es la compañía “AMSTAR”. Si necesitas transportación al hotel o aeropuerto recomendamos que uses la misma compañía ya que son del hotel.
