When should I arrive?

Answer

For guests traveling in, we recommend arriving on February 19. Hotel check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and transportation to the venue will begin around 4:00 PM on February 20. Please check back after you receive your invitation for your exact pick-up time.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’ve reserved a room block at the Aloft Coral Gables for your convenience. Visit the Travel section for details and booking information.

What if the hotel room block is full?

Answer

Rooms in our hotel block are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking early to take advantage of the discounted rate and stay with other wedding guests. If the room block becomes unavailable, guests are welcome to book directly with the hotel (subject to availability) or stay at another nearby hotel and join us at the Aloft for transportation to and from the venue.

Will transportation be provided on the wedding day?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided from the Aloft Coral Gables to the venue and back for guests staying at the hotel.

Question

What if I stay at a different hotel?

Answer

Guests staying at alternative accommodations will be responsible for arranging their own transportation or getting to the Aloft Coral Gables by the scheduled pick-up time.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into Miami International Airport (MIA). It’s approximately a 10–15 minute drive to the Aloft Coral Gables.
