What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Guests should fly into Montego International Airport. Look for the Sandals or Beaches desk or lounge located right outside of the Immigration and Customs area. Your complimentary transfer to and from the resort will be arranged by Beaches. It's a 90 minute ride to the resort, so sit back, relax and enjoy the magnificent scenery.

Yes! Climb aboard your air-conditioned bus and enjoy your included roundtrip airport transfer from Montego Bay International Airport to Beaches Ocho Rios. It's a 90 minute ride to the resort, so sit back, relax and enjoy the magnificent scenery.

What time is check-out?

Answer

Check-out time is at 11:00am. If your flight departs later, you can leave your luggage with the concierge and spend as much time as possible beside the sea, soaking up the sun.

Do I need a Passport to travel to Jamaica?

Answer

Yes. All United States Citizens will require a valid U.S. passport to travel to Beaches Ocho Rios to attend our wedding. What currencies are accepted at Beaches Ocho Rios

Answer

Although everything is included you may also want to enjoy optional on-site and off-site experiences, spa treatments, and make phone calls or purchases at the gift shops. The Jamaican Dollar is the legal tender in Jamaica. Most merchants do accept traveler's cheques and major credit cards, i.e. VISA®, MasterCard® and American Express®.

What should I bring?

Answer

Pack lightly; one large suitcase with a carry-on is ideal. We ask that wedding guest dress semi-formal (no denim and no tee-shirts). Casual wear is perfect for the resort, except for formal nights, theme nights, and restaurants that require full-length pants and collared shirts; the dress code is listed under each restaurant description.

What will the temperature be during the trip?

Answer

Caribbean temperatures are warm year-round. Daytime average: 82°F. Nighttime average: 72°F. Don't forget to pack plenty of sun-screen and to apply it at least 20 minutes before hitting the beach.

The wedding ceremony is on December 8, 2019 at 3:00pm. Cocktail hour and reception to immediately follow.

Do I have to stay on the resort?

Answer

No, but it is preferred. If you choose to stay off resort there is a $100.00 resort fee which will grant you access to the resort for the day. Guests who choose to stay at Sandals Ochi will not be required to pay a resort fee but will be responsible for their own transportation to Beaches Ocho Rios to attend the wedding.
