What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The civil ceremony will commence at 1pm and we recommend that the guests arrive 10-5 minutes to settle in

Each guest will receive an individual invitation.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation provided for guests attending from Rwanda from hotel to ceremony, from ceremony to reception hall and from reception hall to hotel. And, for guest living in Germany, there will be designated drivers to provide driving services to guests who aren't fit to drive.
