Question

HOW DO I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type your first and last name. You will be able to see all the people you can RSVP for under your invite.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

Kindly RSVP before Sunday, June 18th. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final head-counts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invite. Your invite will list the amount of seats reserved for you. Once you get to the RSVP section you will see "(your name) & (your guest's name/plus one)". For families, it will list "(your name) & (your family member's names)". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the people you can RSVP for.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Cocktail Attire. We recommend suit and tie & cocktail dresses. No jeans please! If you are still unsure of what to wear, click the following link: https://www.brides.com/cocktail-attire-wedding-4844364

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

Both will be held indoor, with an option of a patio in the evening.

HOW DOES SEATING WORK?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner). Follow the seating chart near the entrance of the venue.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. There is a separate parking located closer to our Eventspace on the lower level. Please follow the signs to the "Clubhouse Eventspace" (parking located closer to the golf course).

Question

SINCE THERE WILL BE ALCOHOL, WHAT DO WE DO ABOUT DRIVING?

Answer

We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. The Vue and Clubhouse (of course) agrees. As such, they allow guests to leave their vehicles overnight at the venue and pick them up the next morning by 12:00pm (noon). We recommend using rideshare apps (Lyft, Uber) for transportation if you plan on drinking!
