Question
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
They will both be held at Cooper's Cove at Heritage Park. If weather permits, the ceremony will be held outdoors just a few steps away from the indoor reception space. If any guests need assistance getting from the parking lot to the ceremony area, the venue staff can transport you in a golf cart.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is dressy casual. Basically, show up in something dressier than a t-shirt and jeans, but less formal than a tux or evening gown. Your comfort is what matters most! Please be aware that the ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) so you will be walking in the grass.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There are 40 paved spots available to guests for the wedding, and additional field parking if needed. A small number of spots will be reserved for the wedding party and immediate family. We would love to avoid making anyone use the field lot if possible, so please try to carpool to the venue.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If someone you want to bring is not already invited or listed on your invitation, feel free to reach out to Mariam or Brian and we'll see if we can accommodate more guests. We just want to make sure we won't run out of food or pass the venue's guest limit.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive around 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
The catered meal will be served buffet style and will include: grilled chicken, steak, pork tenderloin, vegetable medley, mashed potatoes, rolls, and salad. The cake will be an assortment of German cakes made by Mariam's oma. Feel free to reach out if you have any food allergies and we'll try our best to accommodate you.
