Milano Malpensa/ Linate

The main airports are Milano Malpensa or Milano Linate. Milan is a 2.5 hour drive from Santa Margherita. To take the train -- from any of the Milan airports (Linate or Malpensa) You can take a train to Milano Centrale Station. From Milano Centrale you can take a 2 hour direct train to Santa Margherita Ligure-Portofino.

Pisa Airport

Pisa is a 1.5 hour drive from Santa Margherita. To take the train it is around 2 hours direct.

Genova/Genoa

Genova/Genoa is the closest airport to Santa Margherita but is also the most pricey airport to fly into as it is less frequent. It is a 40 minute drive or a 25 minute train ride. Please make sure it is GENOVA in Italy and not GENEVA in Switzerland!
