Dan and Majo’s love story began with a swipe and a simple yet iconic question: “Can I get you a drink?” Meeting for their first date at Cowan’s Public, Dan uttered those fateful words the moment he saw Majo. From there, their connection flowed as effortlessly as the cocktails and IPAs they shared that night. What started with a drink quickly turned into a whirlwind of adventures: stand-up comedy nights, music concerts, and spontaneous trips that solidified their bond. As they spent more time together, their laughter, shared passions, and inside jokes grew, weaving the fabric of their unique love story. On August 20, 2023, Dan took their story to new heights—literally. At The Edge in New York City, he dropped to one knee and proposed, surprising Majo entirely. “Dan!” she laughed, “You couldn’t wait until I had my nails done?” But even without a fresh manicure, it was a perfect, beautiful moment. Their love continued to blossom as they built a life together, welcoming an adorable (and slightly mischievous) puppy named Cersei into their home.
