Mariah & Steven

Our story starts when Mariah's friends had extra tickets to a MN Gopher football game. Unsure who to invite, one of Mariah's roommates suggested they ask this guy (Steven) who she knew from club tennis at St. Thomas. 

That day, Mariah knocked on Steven's door (who lived in the same apartment complex as her)! When he opened it, they'll both tell you it was "love at first sight".

Although Steven was a Bears fan (something Mariah's family had to come to terms with haha), he more than made up for it by never failing to make her laugh and buying her flowers often. Steven was impressed by Mariah's knowledge of sports and her extra dining hall passes!

Since then, we’ve become each other’s best friends, finding joy in both the small moments and the big life-changing ones. We feel blessed by God for bringing us together, strengthening our bond with His love.

Thank you to everyone who's played a role in our lives over the years and the many to come. We’re so excited to celebrate with you!
