What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies: dresses, formal shirts/dress pants are great! Please avoid jeans if at all possible, but can accommodate some. Men: Button up/dress pants would be appreciated, suit and tie not necessary.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In Flagstaff around May, the weather runs in the high 60s during the day and low 30s-40s at night. Please dress accordingly, it is a hit or miss come May with the wind as well.

Where is the Ceremony and Reception taking place?

Answer

Both the Ceremony and Reception is taking place at Thornager's. 2640 W Kiltie Ln Flagstaff, AZ 86005

Will the Ceremony/Reception be taken place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony will be taken outdoors. Come the Reception, due to Covid restrictions, it will have both indoor and outdoor seating. Vast majority we will try to accommodate to indoor seating to make our guests more comfortable.

What happens after the Ceremony?

Answer

Cocktail hour at the venue from 5-6pm! The bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall for finger foods and beverages.

What if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.

When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend you arriving 30-45 minutes prior to the ceremony start time!

Answer

Parking is provided on the premises, free of charge.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we love all, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and also be mindful of covid restrictions limiting our guest count. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

RSVP deadline?

Answer

May 1st, 2021. Please RSVP online, but if you would rather RSVP via mail that is okay too, just be mindful of the deadline. Thank you!

Food/Drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes! Buffet style, chicken, pasta, vegetarian options-as well as side salads, bread. 'Open bar'-Beer, Wine, and Vodka mixers available.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Wyatt and I, via Zola have created a registry. Although your presence is enough, we are trying to buy a house in the near future and have set up a cash fund as well and would be much appreciated!

Can I take/post pictures on social media?

Answer

Yes! We encourage guests to post pictures on their social media pages, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #aislegowithellis so we can keep track of all of the pictures!
