We're running away to say "I do", but we still want to celebrate with you!

In August of 2019, Tucker's family booked a zip line adventure where Mariah was working as a guide. She immediately locked eyes with him and was going to do her darndest to get to talk to him despite him being in a different tour group than she was leading. After the tour, Tucker and his friends stuck around a little bit and the two of them got to talking. Mariah hit him with the last line of "well I'll be at Cowboys tomorrow night so you know where to find me". Sure enough the next night Tucker met her at her favorite line dancing spot. A week later she invited him camping and he thought "Is this girl going to kidnap me in the back country? " but they went camping and that kicked off their love story. Despite a short lived breakup, God brought these two back together, and the rest is history. Now together for going on 3 years, Mariah and Tucker look forward to their elopement in Alaska. (a decision made by factors of losing both parents on Mariahs side and Tucker’s father, and ultimately that the commitment of marriage is between the two of them and the Lord). Despite the losses they’ve endured and hardship of having a traditional wedding, the two of them look forward to welcoming you all at our reception to celebrate!
